Learners are challenged to develop multiple app prototypes based on real-world problems, under professional mentorship.\nDescription\nWe are seeking a Pedagogy Program Manager focused on the learner experience to join the Apple Developer Academy team, focusing on programs in Brazil. This role is responsible for managing the Academy ecosystem, including the Foundation program, the Academy program, and additional initiatives focused on postgraduate students and the alumni community.\nMore than 1,000 learners are expected to be trained in these programs every year. You will work with Apple's pedagogy, operations, and IT teams, as well as local partners, to achieve the vision of \"inspiring world-class developers.\"\nThis position is remote, open to candidates located anywhere in Brazil. No relocation is required. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Brazil.\nMinimum Qualifications\n7+ years of project or program management experience with learning-related programs focused on app development or similar fields.\nExperience navigating complex organizations and interacting with people at all levels, including leadership.\nExpertise in the Challenge Based Learning framework.\nExperience in team motivation, conflict facilitation, and individual mentoring.\nOutstanding organizational skills.\nHigh-quality execution and a self-starter mentality, with the ability to work independently and comfort working in a remote environment.\nExperience managing external partners as an individual contributor.
