Bring passion and dedication to your job and there's no telling what you could accomplish.\nDescription\nThe Global Payroll Services team is seeking an experienced Business systems analyst with strong data automation capabilities to provide timely, accurate, and comprehensive payroll support for multiple countries.\nMinimum Qualifications\nStrong SAP HCM Payroll knowledge in implementation, support and maintenance.\nTechnical knowledge of payroll systems and processes relevant to system functionality being supported by Apple - Employee Systems, UKG, ADP Global view Payroll.\nHands on experience in dealing with integrations such as GL Postings, Stock, Benefits, Banking and other 3rd party connections.\nFamiliarity with the Payroll modules in the system like SAP HR, PWC and other payrolls.\nSupport Global Payroll systems for technical defects, enhancements or regular maintenance for Payroll Operations/Processing teams on system issues.\nInterfaces: Manual Input/G2 creation for massive uploads and Maintain G2 configuration interface (internal and external).\nFunctional payroll knowledge of global countries\nCreate and update system issues tickets as needed, hold regular calls with IS&T, ADP and business partners to communicate & monitor issue closure.\nParticipate in cross-functional testing by creating scenarios, executing test cases, help signing-off and moving changes to production.\nProviding consulting in system behavior queries and configuration support as needed for Comp services.\nStrong communication skills with different partners, internal & external.\nManage timely communications on critical issues to leadership regarding system and customer impacts.\nAvailability to work outside business hours to support payroll processing times.\nEducation -
