In this role you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive RF validation strategies for cellular silicon products, conducting meticulous RF performance, analyzing complex measurement data and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve silicon design issues. You will leverage your deep understanding of RF system parameters, measurement methodologies and cellular standards to ensure products meet rigorous quality and performance specifications throughout the development lifecycle.\nMinimum Qualifications\nBSc in Electrical Engineering\n5+ years of experience in RF Post-Silicon or RF system role\nStrong understanding of RF fundamentals and wireless communications standards (5G NR, LTE, etc.)\nDemonstrated expertise with RF test equipment, including spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, signal generators, and vector signal analyzers\nOutstanding data analysis skills with proficiency in technical computing environments (MATLAB, Python, etc.)\nProven track record of systematic problem-solving and RF debugging capabilities\nIn-depth knowledge and experience in block-level RF validation, including LNAs, PAs, mixers, PLLs, and filter characterization within integrated silicon and their measurement methodologies\nExpert knowledge of key RF performance metrics (NF, IIP3, P1dB, phase noise, EVM) with the ability to trace system issues to specific block-level root causes\nDeep understanding of silicon-specific parasitic effects and their impact on RF performance across PVT corners\nExperience developing specialized test setups and methodologies for isolating and characterizing individual RF blocks in complex integrated systems\nProficiency in correlating block-level measurements with system-level performance and reconciling discrepancies between simulation and silicon results\nPreferred Qualifications\nExcellent technical communication skills for reporting complex findings to various stakeholders\nDemonstrated ability to work independently while contributing effectively to engineering teams\nStrong attention to detail with a methodical approach to test planning and execution\nProactive problem identification with data-driven troubleshooting methodologies\nCommitment to continuous improvement of Post-Silicon processes and
