Our strategic team focuses on key app verticals and this role will have a focus on industry verticals, which includes finance, productivity and utilities, photo and video, among other categories, across the DACH and CEE region. In this role, you will manage the strategy across a focused portfolio of clients, drive adoption of our growing ads offering and onboard new developer partners in the region.\nMinimum Qualifications\nYou are a self-starter with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets within advertising.\nExtensive experience working with app developers, brands, or agencies, ideally within the mobile or performance marketing sector.\nDemonstrates a professional and positive demeanour, with a strong ability to collaborate effectively across teams, fostering a culture of shared success.\nPreferred Qualifications\nA consultative selling approach, inspiring clients to consider new perspectives and influencing strategic direction.\nProven experience building relationships with C-level executives and managing multiple projects, business leads and internal stakeholders.\nExcellent strategic and tactical thinking skills, with the ability to align strategies to deliver customer outcomes.\nExcellent communications skills with the ability to listen effectively, socialise ideas across functions and articulate the business visions both internally and externally.\nFluency in both English and Russian language is
