We’re seeking a motivated and experienced Construction Project Manager to own delivery of our key capital projects, including high-design workplaces and technically complex laboratory fit-outs. This role calls for a blend of skills - the ability to execute an elevated design vision with attention to detail, solid technical knowledge, and strong project management discipline.\nDescription\nAs a Construction Project Manager supporting the Israel market, you’ll be a key point of contact for project delivery, taking complex projects from initial concept through due diligence, design, construction, commissioning, and handover across sites in Israel, primarily in Herzliya, Haifa, and Jerusalem.\nYou’ll own ambiguous challenges as they arise, drive cross-functional alignment, and help enforce quality, schedule, and cost controls. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who coordinates effectively with a diverse group of stakeholders - including leadership, internal R&D/engineering partners, architects and the Global Design Team, engineers, corporate procurement, global security, IT & AV teams, vendors, suppliers, and general contractors - to deliver functional, high-quality spaces on time and within budget.\nMinimum Qualifications\n8+ years of progressive project management experience delivering complex, multi-million-dollar capital construction projects\nExperience managing technically complex tenant improvements\nExperience delivering high-design corporate workplaces where aesthetic quality and architectural finishes were paramount\nExperience across full project lifecycles: due diligence, programming, design management, municipal permitting, site fit-out execution, commissioning, and financial closeout\nExperience with contract negotiations, budget forecasting, and change order review\nFlexibility to travel to project sites, vendor locations, and regional offices as required\nFluency in Hebrew and English - speaking, reading, writing, and working in both languages\nAbility to work in Herzliya five days a week, with ability to travel within the country (e.g., Jerusalem, Haifa) as needed\nPreferred Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent practical experience\nAbility to navigate ambiguous, fast-paced environments and help resolve complex project trade-offs\nExperience managing third-party PM and supervision firms as a client representative\nProactive mindset -
