This role requires a unique blend of skills-the ability to implement an elevated design vision with meticulous attention to detail, deep technical expertise, and strong project management discipline.\nDescription\nAs the Construction Project Manager, you will be the key point of contact for project delivery to partners and leadership, responsible for taking projects from initial concept through design, construction, commissioning, and final handover. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who thrives on coordinating with a diverse group of stakeholders-including executive leadership, internal cross-functional partners, architects, engineers, and general contractors-to deliver inspiring and functional spaces on time and within budget.\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent practical experience.\n7+ years of progressive project management experience delivering complex, multi-million-dollar capital construction projects.\nProven track record managing technically complex tenant improvements.\nDemonstrated mastery of full project lifecycles: programming, design management, municipal permitting, site execution, commissioning, and financial closeout.\nStrong commercial acumen with direct experience managing contract negotiations, budget forecasting, and change order audits.\nFlexibility to travel to various project sites, vendor locations, and regional offices as required.\nPreferred Qualifications\n8+ years of progressive project management experience delivering complex, multi-million-dollar capital construction projects.\nExperience delivering high-design corporate workplaces where aesthetic quality and architectural finishes were paramount.\nProven ability to navigate ambiguous, fast-paced environments and resolve complex project trade-offs independently.\nProactive mindset: identifies potential constructability or schedule risks well before they impact field operations and devises effective mitigation plans.\nExceptional consensus-building and communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical construction issues clearly to executive and non-technical
