balanced and innovated approach possible!\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent vocational achievements and practical experience.\n5+ years of experience with control system software and tools, such as PLC, Siemens, JCI, or Schneider.\nSolid understanding of virtual machine (VM) concepts.\nAbility to manage and optimize control systems for mechanical, electrical, server, and virtual components\nPreferred Qualifications\nMaster's Degree or equivalent experience in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field.\n7+ years of hands-on field experience\nExperience in designing, implementing, and maintaining control systems.\nExperience leading or participating in projects that involve upgrading or enhancing control systems.\nAdvanced proficiency in engineering software tools, including AutoCAD, Revit.\nComprehensive understanding of control system design principles, including system architecture, component integration, and lifecycle management.\nExpertise in virtualization technologies such as VMware or
