You’ll bring creative problem-solving to real constraints - balancing ambition with resource and platform realities - while building the roadmap that turns business priorities into working capabilities.\nThis role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution - ideal for someone who likes solving ambiguous problems, working across teams, and seeing their recommendations become shipped capabilities.\nMinimum Qualifications\n4+ years experience in marketing campaign operations, particularly in building automation flows with CRM or ESP platforms (ie. Braze, Oracle Responsys, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).\nSolid experience with complex audience segmentation, audit documentation.\nAdvanced proficiency with SQL, Snowflake procedures & Vertica DBMS.\nProven experience driving excellence to deliver projects with high attention to detail and quality.\nAble to balance multiple projects concurrently and enjoy a fast paced, evolving environment.\nPreferred Qualifications\nCapacity to break down complexities with the ability to think clearly, with a strategic mindset to help make informed decisions.\n2+ years of experience writing requirements, acceptance criteria, test suites for new features / enhancements.\nAbility to apply statistical weighting and sampling techniques to improve outcomes and results\nProven marketing expertise obsessing on the customer experience.\nWillingness to take action, be resourceful, cut through ambiguity, and remove roadblocks.\nProficient in Excel / Numbers and Tableau dashboarding techniques.\nExcellent organization, communication and problem-solving skills.\nA passion for Apple products and services and a deep familiarity with the Apple ecosystem of services and
