To run such an extraordinary store, it takes extraordinary people, and we are looking for someone to help us do extraordinary things.\nThe Digital Commerce Management (DCM) team are responsible for maintaining and managing all customer-facing content on the Apple Store Online and the Apple Store App, Tmall Flagship Store and Douyin Store. Our mission is to deliver an engaging and flawless shopping experience by continuously improving the quality of content presented to customers while scaling to meet the increasing demands of new geographies, languages, and devices.\nWe are seeking a dynamic, highly-experienced Digital Delivery Manager (DDM) to join DCM team. The role balances technical coordination, workflow optimization and cross-team alignment to scale Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) capabilities while ensuring consistent, high-quality customer experience delivery.\nDescription\nAs the Digital Delivery Manager, you’ll partner with cross-functional teams to deliver CLM deployments, turn business needs into executable digital roadmaps, and ensure robust cross-system launch stability. You’ll take end-to-end accountability for process optimization and risk mitigation: spotting risks upfront, standardizing delivery processes, building repeatable solution templates, and iterating efficiency to scale our CLM operations sustainably.\nMinimum Qualifications\n4+ years of experience in e-commerce, end to end digital solution delivery or project execution.\nAbility to structure ambiguous business, operational and technical challenges and drive pragmatic solutions.\nAbility to align with technical, marketing and operations teams to deliver business requirements.\nAble to accommodate flexible work schedule during critical business periods and participate as part of a global team.\nMandarin and English business proficiency.\nPreferred Qualifications\nHands-on experience in CLM system deployment & cross-platform rollout.\nSolid understanding of system API integration, data pipeline, user tag architecture and cross-system data logic;\nFamiliarity with end-to-end execution workflows for digital system launches.\nExperience troubleshooting post-launch functional bugs and data consistency issues.\nDemonstrated ability to effectively manage difficult decisions and conflicting points of view.\nBachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or equivalent
