In this role, you will be developing state-of-the-art algorithms and architectures for displays on various Apple products.\nDescription\nAs a Display Image Processing Algorithms Engineer, you are responsible for the design of algorithms and architectures for the display sub-system of Apple’s application processor chip (System on a Chip, or SOC).\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree\nExperience prototyping algorithms in Matlab, Python or C/C++\nExperience with digital signal, image or video processing\nPreferred Qualifications\nMS/PhD in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science and 3+ years of relevant industry experience\nAbility to be a good problem solver and show willingness to learn new concepts and develop skills in hardware architecture and modeling\nExperience with application of digital signal, image/video processing to displays\nAbility to abstract various image and video processing problems mathematically and develop new algorithms/architectures that are competitive with the state-of-the-art\nAbility to take features and algorithms from concept to shipping products\nUnderstanding of aspects of algorithms related to hardware architecture\nEffective interpersonal skills and ability to work across groups\nStrong written and verbal communication
