You will be part of something big; come join us!\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Optics, Physics, Materials Science, or a related field with 2 years of industry experience\nExperience in optical design and simulation for light source, optics, sensors, and their interactions\nExperience with data analysis and scripting language for modeling, simulation, and test automation.\nHands-on experience with lab equipment for optical and electrical characterization\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with different display technologies (transmissive, emissive, reflective etc), LED illumination design, fundamental understanding of optics and device physics are a big plus in driving architecture definition and convergence\nExperience in one or more of the following: optical design and characterization, optical modeling, physical and geometrical optics, display technologies and statistical analysis.\nExperience with tools for data acquisition and analysis (Python, LabVIEW), statistical analysis (JMP, MATLAB), and optical simulation (LightTools, FDTD, Zemax, Code V) is strongly desired.\nExperience developing and executing comprehensive test plans for optical system\nFamiliarity with color science, color calibration, and display/lighting metrology standards\nExperience in building compelling hardware or experience prototypes\nStrong presentation and communication skills\nAn eagerness to take on new challenges, learn new skills, and continually develop by staying open-minded & curious.
