This is a fast-paced, high-performing team, and the work spans new hardware bring-up, new feature enablement, and continuous regression testing on every ISP code change.\nDescription\nIn this role, you will:\nOwn regression testing for every ISP code change across multiple projects and active trains - discover regressions, triage failures, and catch issues before they land in the main codebase.\nDrive parity feature validation on new hardware platforms - independently own re-validation of existing camera/ISP features against new sensors, proving nothing regressed.\nDesign test plans and test cases for new camera/ISP features - functionality, performance, power, stability, and image quality, and validate them end-to-end as they’re enabled, in parallel with development.\nBuild and maintain automated tests so test coverage keeps pace as hardware and feature count grow.\nCollaborate with development and cross-functional QA teams to triage, diagnose, and debug issues to root cause; file high-quality, reproducible radars.\nIdentify coverage gaps and flag risks and trends to leadership.\nMinimum Qualifications\nBS and a minimum of 3 years relevant industry experience.\n3+ years of QA experience testing embedded system products.\nProficiency in Python or a similar scripting language.\nExperience developing system and feature level test plans and test cases.\nExperience developing automated tests for embedded systems or mobile devices.\nHands-on experience leveraging AI-based tools to build and automate workflows.\nPreferred Qualifications\nUnderstanding of camera technologies, the ISP pipeline, 3A, video formats, and color space.\nExperience with quality test gating in a large, multi-repo embedded codebase.\nExperience designing, developing, or maintaining test suites using Pytest or other framework.\nExperience setting up, integrating, or maintaining continuous integration and deployment pipelines using tools such as Jenkins.\nComfort working across many concurrent trains/hardware platforms at once.\nStrong verbal and interpersonal skills, especially triaging with dev teams.\nExperience on successful, large-volume consumer
