This team's work is central to delivering seamless, intelligent, and performant user experiences across a wide range of devices.\nAs the manager of the team, you will drive technical direction, grow and mentor engineers, and partner closely with product, architecture, and cross-functional platform teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of deep technical systems challenges and people leadership.\nMinimum Qualifications\nProven software engineering excellence\nProven experience building and scaling on-device platform or frameworks.\nProven track record of managing technical roadmaps and delivering complex cross-functional projects.\nExcellent people leadership skills, with experience mentoring and growing engineers.\nPreferred Qualifications\n6+ years of software engineering experience.\n2+ years of engineering management experience\nExperience building platform/frameworks utilizing solid networking stack\nStrong understanding of latency, reliability, and performance tradeoffs in system design.\nStrong communication skills;
