As an Engineering project manager in this team, you will collaborate with multiple teams to bring innovative solutions to life, enabling Apple to deliver exceptional experiences to its customers.\nMinimum Qualifications\n3 + years of experience in technical program or project management\n2 years minimum experience in Contact Center Domain\n2 years minimum working on Gen AI programs and adopting program management in GenAI Programs\nFamiliarity using latest AI tools and models for task and report automation\nStrong technical fluency, able to work directly with engineering teams\nAble to facilitate and influence architecture and design discussions\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExcellent communicator -
