You will proactively identify and mitigate program risks, remove team impediments, and drive quality across all project phases, from requirements gathering to technical design reviews and testing. Your ability to build strong, trust-based relationships and influence across the organization will be key to your success in our intricate cross-functional environment.\nMinimum Qualifications\nBS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.\n4+ years of experience as an Engineering Project Manager, successfully delivering complex, cross functional projects.\n4+ years of experience successfully delivering Agile projects.\n4+ years working in complex, highly integrated, cross-functional environments.\nHands on experience in Gen AI technologies.\nPreferred Qualifications\nKnowledge of containerization concepts (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker) and orchestration.\nExperience with DevOps process automation using tools like Terraform or Pulumi.\nExperience with continuous integration (e.g., Jenkins) and testing frameworks.\nExperience working with distributed, global, and offshore teams.\nExperience with observability and monitoring systems such as Dynatrace or DataDog.\nStrong technical understanding of modern architectural patterns, including microservices, async communication, caching strategies, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).\nSolid proficiency in working with SQL or NoSQL Databases.\nFamiliarity with full-stack development concepts, including backend technologies like Java or Node.js, and frontend frameworks like React.js.\nComfortable with rapid development cycles and tight schedules.\nHigh ownership, self-sufficient, hands-on leader with innovative and creative thinking capabilities.\nAbility to present confidently and clearly to senior
