You will leverage your deep technical acumen and relationship building skills to guide customers and reseller partners on their journey to choose the right technical architecture to achieve their goals. Through your passion for technology and capacity to connect, you will collaborate with the sales team to expand the adoption of the Apple ecosystem, all with a goal of transforming the way people work.\nMinimum Qualifications\nTypically requires a minimum of 7 years of related experience\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience\nBackground in pre-sales technical, engineering, and/or similar function selling complex technical solutions\nDeep experience in consultative sales, including: qualifying, overcoming objections and obstacles, and closing business\nHands-on knowledge of multiple operating systems including macOS, iOS, iPadOS, and Windows\nOutstanding communication, presentation, and storytelling skills\nPassion for continuous improvement with the curiosity to uncover gaps, resilience to remove barriers to entry, and drive to optimize processes and create solutions\nExcellent collaboration and relationship building skills with the ability to influence cross-functionally, navigate partner organizational structures, and lead complex negotiations\nFluency in Japanese and English\nPreferred Qualifications\n8+ years of related experience\nBackground in a customer-facing role in IT overseeing hardware, software, and services is a plus\nComfort with ambiguity and the ability to bring structure and clarity where none exists\nAbility to build, maintain, and strengthen high-level customer relationships to accelerate business growth\nForward-thinking approach and tenacity to drive what matters\nHigh level of integrity, trust, and accountability to do what’s right\nIndustry knowledge and understanding of the Business & Education market (e.g., customer profiles, trends, challenges, opportunities, competitive landscape, etc.) is highly
