If you’re ready to play a key role in designing and developing hardware for next-generation products, we’d like to hear from you.\nDescription\nIn this role, you will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop and integrate hardware systems for future Apple products. The position requires the ability to perform precise, independent, detailed design work, as well as a strong grasp of high-level system architecture. Excellent communication skills are also required, along with the ability to work effectively in a diverse environment.\nOwn electrical architecture and implementation.\nLead schematic creation and layout.\nPerform bring-up, debug, and hardware validation.\nBuild prototypes to validate proof-of-concept designs.\nConduct failure analysis and troubleshooting.\nMinimum Qualifications\nBS in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering required, with 2+ years of relevant industry experience focused on hardware system design.\nStrong EE fundamentals and circuit knowledge, with emphasis on DC/DC conversion, power and signal integrity, analog/digital design, along with practical, intuitive engineering judgment.\nSolid hands-on experience in electrical design, including component selection, circuit design, schematic capture, and component placement.\nProficiency in standard interfaces (PCIe, USB, I2C, Thunderbolt, SPI, UART, HDMI and strong working knowledge of PCB/flex layout and associated CAD tools.\nHands-on experience with lab equipment - oscilloscopes, multimeters, and similar tools - for prototype bring-up, debugging, and functional validation.\nPreferred Qualifications\nAbility to stay organized, execute to a timeline, and produce high-quality deliverables.\nExperience in taking designs from concept to mass production in the consumer electronics space.\nOutstanding communication and presentation abilities, written and verbal, to all levels of an organization.\nSpecific deep expertise in several of the following areas is a plus: CPU, GPU, RF design.\nStrong scripting skills;
