As the Reliability team we are responsible for ensuring and improving the durability and reliability of product. To achieve that, we partner with multiple engineering teams from the beginning (concept) through the end (field returns) of a product lifecycle, while exploring new technologies and understanding how customers will use our products. You will develop and implement creative reliability tests on new hardware programs, quantify reliability risk, support failure analysis resulting from these tests, and advise the executive team on the best path forward.\nDescription\nDeveloping new reliability test procedures and specifications while preparing concise and detailed test plans and analyzing test reports. Leveraging statistical analysis to provide comprehensive design risk assessments, and presenting tests, results, and findings in a confident and positive manner to management and executive teams. Continuously researching new technologies to understand unique failure mechanisms, while guiding design decisions and collaborating with diverse cross-functional groups to improve overall product reliability.\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelors Degree in Engineering is required\n3+ year experience performing product characterization including mechanical stress test, shock/drop/vibration testing, environmental testing\nPreferred Qualifications\n3+ years of experience in Systems Reliability\nExcellent written, visual, and verbal communication skills\nStrong attention to detail and curiosity of how technologies work\nCapable of handling multiple projects at once\nDynamic engineer with a proactive attitude and desire to work closely with domestic and international cross-functional teams\nStatistical experience such as Weibull, JMP, or familiarity with accelerated test models\nFamiliar with Failure Analysis techniques (Optical Microscopy, X-ray/CT, Scanning Electron Microscopy/Energy Dispersive Spectroscopy, etc.), and the ability to use failure analysis methodology to derive a root cause of failure\nConsumer electronics experience is preferred, but not necessary\nAbility to travel internationally (up to
