In this position, you will have the opportunity to develop exciting features for Apple’s next generation products. You work will involve wireless software and protocol development around IEEE 802.15.4 and Thread Mesh technology development in the space of Home Automation. Your contributions will make a clear difference towards future Apple products.\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelors, Masters or Ph.D in Computer Science or Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience\nPreferred Qualifications\n2+ years of experience in developing network protocol stacks based on OSI model.\nPreferred programming skills are C, C++, Objective C, Swift.\nExperience with multi thread programming and strong knowledge of Operating Systems desired.\nExperience with writing software involving user space, kernel space interaction desired.\nNon-blocking, asynchronous interface coding experience.\nComfortable at developing middle-ware software in OS daemons and interaction with drivers.\nHome automation experience is a plus.\nWorking knowledge of IOT protocols such
