executing operational strategies within assigned functional areas.\nMaintain and uphold company policies and procedures, and protect all company assets, including confidential business, customer, team member, and financial information.\nPerform other tasks as needed.\nContribute to an inclusive environment by respecting each other’s differences and having the curiosity to learn.\nDemonstrate respectful, and inclusive environment for all team members.\nMinimum Qualifications\nYou should:\nBe available to work a schedule based on business needs that may include nights, weekends, and public holidays in the retail store, and reliably attend work as scheduled, in line with local laws and subject to any approved accommodations.\nBe proficient in English and the local language, both written and spoken (sign language supported).\nHave experience leading others in retail, sales, or a related field.\nPreferred Qualifications\nYou can:\nExceed goals successfully, and persist in accomplishing
