You will combine hands-on lab operations, automation, infrastructure management, and technical troubleshooting to ensure devices remain healthy, available, and ready for testing. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex operational challenges, improve system reliability, and develop scalable solutions that enhance both engineering productivity and customer outcomes.\nIdentifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency through automation, telemetry, and data-driven insights\nSupporting AI-assisted and automated workflows that improve device health, recovery outcomes, deployment verification, and overall lab reliability\nLeveraging operational metrics and analytics to identify bottlenecks and drive scalable operational improvements\nMinimum Qualifications\n2-3+ years of experience supporting software services in a Unix-based environment\nExposure to automated provisioning processes\nBasic scripting experience in Shell or Python\nFamiliarity with configuration management tools such as Puppet, Ansible, or similar\nWorking knowledge of Git or other source control systems\nExperience contributing to shared repositories and collaborative development workflows\nStrong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams\nWillingness to learn and apply structured problem-solving approaches\nStrong attention to detail and a service-oriented mindset\nExperience using AI-assisted development tools to accelerate engineering workflows, including scripting,
