Your leadership will be crucial in delivering high-quality software solutions for Intelligent System Experiences to the market.\nDescription\nIn this role you will lead, coach, inspire and develop a team of Engineering Project Managers that are tasked with driving complex projects across our platforms, responsible for delivering exciting features while continuing to meet our tight deadlines and high quality levels. You will be the central hub bringing together different teams from Software, Hardware, and Design, among other teams, all in the name of delivering on groundbreaking technology across all our operating systems.\nMinimum Qualifications\n10+ years experience in software engineering project or program management, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the software development lifecycle from inception to launch.\n3+ years of direct people management experience, including hiring, career development, performance management, and leading high-performing teams of project managers\nDemonstrated history of successfully launching customer-facing software products with a focus on operational rigor and continuous improvement\nExtensive expertise in managing processes across the software development lifecycle with a focus on metrics and efficiency.\nDemonstrated ability in complex problem-solving, cross-functional consultation, and organizational planning\nProven experience delivering written and verbal communications, status updates, and presentations to stakeholders at all levels of an organization\nBS in Computer Science or related field\nPreferred Qualifications\nDemonstrated ability to design, define, and successfully scale new operational processes from scratch\nProven experience in creating clear, concise, and well-structured written documentation, such as project plans, reports, and presentations\nDemonstrated ability to deliver effective verbal communication in team meetings, stakeholder presentations and discussions, as evidenced by previous project leadership roles\nTrack record of adapting communication style to suit diverse audiences, including technical teams, senior management, and external partners, reflected in experience managing cross-functional teams\nSelf-motivated and enthusiastic with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities\nStrong leadership skills including ability to build trusting relationships and influence others\nHas a deeply curious mindset about new
