You will use your management skills, imagination, creativity to lead these exciting programs forward!\nDescription\nThis manager role will have significant responsibilities in leading the team growth, managing critical path even with ambiguity and uncertainty, making decisions, collaborating with multi-functional teams, vendors and suppliers around the globe during the entire development cycle.\nMinimum Qualifications\nMore than 10 years experience working in consumer electronic product\nElectrical or Mechanical Engineering related degree or relevant work experience\nFlexibility with travel (up to 50% maximum)\nFlexibility with working hours and schedule\nProficiency in English and Mandarin\nPreferred Qualifications\nBS Degree or above in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering\nMore than 5 years experience working as program manager for hardware development\nExperience managing with contract manufacturers\nExperience in factory SMT(Surface Mount Technology) or FATP process and budget management\nExcellent presentation, communication and articulation skills\nComfort using AI-assisted dashboards or analytics tools to monitor production KPIs and flag risks proactively\nExperience or interest in using AI-enhanced project management workflows to track milestone progress, surface schedule risks, and coordinate action items across
