To run such an extraordinary store, it takes extraordinary people, and we are looking for someone to help us do extraordinary things.\nApple is looking for an experienced, dynamic leader of Product and Program Management to join the Apple Store Online Team. This is a technical role that links between business, design, and engineering to deliver incredible experiences and products to our customers.\nDescription\nIn this role, you will lead a high performing team that focuses on products that deliver significant commercial value for our organization and support strategic Apple initiatives. This role will require significant partnership with teams across Apple, including Apple Store Online teams, Finance, Operations, Marketing, Marcom, and various Engineering teams. Success in this role will include delivering timely and seamless omni-channel experiences for our customers.\nMinimum Qualifications\n7+ years Product Management and Project/Program Management experience driving e-commerce or consumer digital experiences\nAbility to dive into technical details and designs including web technologies, large-scale service architectures, and app platforms\nAbility to communicate effectively, across all levels of the organization, including the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences\nProven track record of shipping internet-scale services end to end - especially e-commerce platforms - from concept through launch and ongoing operation\nDeep, hands-on technical fluency: able to read system designs, evaluate trade-offs, and engage credibly with engineers on web technologies, large-scale distributed/service architectures, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and data pipelines\nWorking understanding of how modern e-commerce platforms are built - including microservices, payment and checkout systems, catalog/inventory services, and platform scalability and reliability\nBA/BS in Computer Science or a technical degree, or relevant professional experience\nPreferred Qualifications\n3+ years managing a team of Product or Technical Program Managers\nHighly skilled at building a strong team culture with a focus on team and individual development\nTrack record of developing and delivering multi-year experience and capability roadmaps with complex interdependencies\nExperience using data and insights to design customer-facing programs and capabilities globally\nExperience with business analysis, process improvement, and multiple project management methodologies\nProficiency with new technologies like AI, Deep Learning, and their practical applications in digital commerce\nAbility to challenge conventions and debate solutions to identify the best possible outcome for customers\nPractical experience applying AI, machine learning, and deep learning to digital commerce -
