You'll advise senior leaders on organizational strategy,\ninfluence cross-functional stakeholders, and drive the programs shaping the culture of the\norganization you support.\nBelow is a list of responsibilities including Business Operations & Planning, Cross-functional Leadership & Influence, and People, Culture & Communications.\nMinimum Qualifications\n7-10 years as a Chief of Staff, Senior Program Manager, Senior Operations Manager, or equivalent - with demonstrated end-to-end program ownership and strong autonomy\nExperience working directly with and influencing senior leaders in a software engineering organization\nProven ability to drive programs with measurable outcomes - encompassing design, implementation, and iteration, not just execution support\nStrong understanding of the software development lifecycle and how engineering teams are structured and operate\nDemonstrated ability to analyze organizational data and translate it into clear leadership recommendations\nBachelor's degree or equivalent, relevant work experience\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience embedded in platform and infrastructure engineering organizations\nTrack record of influencing cross-functional stakeholders and driving alignment without direct authority\nHistory of designing scalable processes and frameworks - not just executing existing ones\nExperience mentoring or developing junior program managers or coordinators\nA true team player and trusted partner - someone who shows up for the broader org, collaborates generously, and always keeps the bigger picture in mind\nExceptional interpersonal skills; ability to build trust and work effectively across functions, levels, and global locations\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple high-priority work streams simultaneously\nExcellent written and verbal communication; able to distill complex, ambiguous information into clear narratives for diverse audiences\nExperience planning large-scale events - offsites, town halls, leadership summits -including logistics and content\nAdaptable and composed through change;
