The Radar Engineering team at Apple seeks an early-career Performance Engineer to help keep Radar fast at Apple scale.\nDescription\nAs a Performance Engineer for Radar, you will help make Apple’s platform for product devel-\nopment, bug tracking, and work management fast and able to scale. Radar is a high-traffic,\nbusiness-critical system used by teams across all of Apple, and every second of latency is multiplied across engineers company-wide.\nYou will join a growing team distributed across California, Texas, and Ireland. In our highly\ncollaborative environment, you will work closely with a team of passionate builders to deliver\nend-to-end features critical to Apple’s engineering workflows. You will receive structured\nmentorship, comprehensive training in Apple’s development practices, and the support to\nlearn and develop your skills quickly.\nYou will design and run load and performance tests across a complex microservices ecosys-\ntem. You will measure, profile, and find bottlenecks, and learn how a platform at this scale re-\nmains fast while it constantly evolves.
