This position is a multi-disciplinary and cross-functional lead engineering role encompassing different aspects of power conversion system designs.\nIf this sounds interesting to you, then we would like to hear from You.\nDescription\nIn this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with, and provide architectural guidance to cross-functional engineering teams in defining and establishing system power architecture requirements for new products.\nMinimum Qualifications\n3+ years of experience, BS/MS in relevant field.\nMust have strong EE fundamentals and problems solving skills.\nMust have experience in power electronics related design and development, including DC-DC converters and LDOs, PMIC or PMU's.\nKnowledge of power, analog and integrated circuit design fundamentals, process development, and analytical methodology for high-quality designs.\nExperience in architecture design of complex power conversion systems or power management ICs.\nStrong laboratory board-level testing, debugging and validation experience with lab equipment, such as oscilloscopes, electronic loads, and signal generators.\nAbility to employ scientific and systematic methods to troubleshoot and drive resolutions of multi-disciplinary system issues.\nExperience in layout planning and routing strategies.\nAbility to relate electrical performance to physical layout and system level solutions, including passive components and controls.\nExperience in cross-functional collaboration.\nPreferred Qualifications\n7+years of experience. PhD a +, in relevant field.\nExperience in taking projects from the conceptual phase through product ramp-up and mass production.\nKnowledge and work experience of various integrated circuit process technologies, design flows, reliability, and other related topics.\nExperience performing or guiding complex power distribution networks (PDN) design for sophisticated power conversion systems.
