Then we want to hear from you.\nDescription\nThe Product Manager, AppleCare collaborates across Product Operations, Finance, Engineering, Retail, and Sales teams to define the roadmap and launch new device protection service experiences for AppleCare.\nMinimum Qualifications\n5+ years in product management and/or product marketing, including ownership of a full product or service lifecycle from concept to launch.\nExperience developing and launching customer-facing products or services\nDemonstrated success working cross-functionally with operations, finance, legal, engineering, and marketing\nPreferred Qualifications\n7+ years in product management and/or product marketing, including ownership of a full product or service lifecycle from concept to launch\nExperience with device protection programs, warranty or service operations, including post-purchase services models such as repair, claims, and customer support\nExperience in both B2C and B2B environments - building consumer-facing products or services while also working with enterprise, carrier, retail, or service provider partners to deliver or scale those offerings\nAbility to simplify operational and financial complexity into clear product strategies and customer value propositions\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills;
