Product Strategy & Vision\nDefine and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for real-time, in-the-moment seller performance supportpowered by conversational AI\nOwn the Perform pillar of Prepare, Perform, Grow - the live, with-customer moment - while ensuring real-timeguidance also strengthens how sellers prepare and continue to grow\nPartner with the Product Managers owning seller learning and practice experiences to ensure a connected path from preparation through live performance\n2. Conversational AI & Guidance Experience\nOwn the end-to-end experience of how sellers access guidance in real time, including conversational AI interactions\nDefine product requirements that balance speed, accuracy, and trust in AI-generated guidance\nOwn personalization of the guidance experience itself, partnering with the backend platform PM to leverage theunderlying signal and profile infrastructure\n3. Performance Impact & Outcomes\nDefine what “effective in-the-moment support” looks like and build the mechanisms to measure it\nCenter success criteria on seller performance and confidence in live selling moments, not just usage or engagement\nUse outcome data to continuously evolve the guidance experience\n4. Cross-Functional Collaboration\nPartner with the PM owning seller practice and simulation experiences to ensure skills built in practice carry into liveperformance support\nPartner with the PM owning personalization and coaching intelligence, and the backend platform PM, to ensureguidance is personalized and powered by the right signals\nPartner with engineering, design, data & analytics, and EPMs to drive execution from concept to launch\nPartner with Content, Product Marketing, Brand, and Legal to define and govern the voice, tone, and disclaimers of AI-generated guidance\n5. Metrics & Performance\nDefine and track success metrics centered on seller performance and guidance effectiveness\nUse data to drive continuous improvement and prioritization\nMaintain a well-structured, prioritized backlog for the guidance experience\nMinimum Qualifications\n8+ years of product management experience, ideally including learner-facing, seller-facing, or performance-supportproducts\nExperience with LLM-based or GenAI product development\nExperience building products that span both B2B and B2C selling motions, at global scale -
