Leading and implementing change management initiatives, influencing decisions through collaboration, leadership and a customer-focused approach. Providing functional subject matter expertise and technical leadership around business systems and processes. Demonstrating working knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC). International and domestic Travel Required 15%. 40 hours/week.\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, information systems, economics, management information systems, or related field and 6 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.\n2 years of experience with each of the following skills is required:\nWorking with supply chain processes, including supply chain diversification, identifying suppliers, and risk mitigation to optimize supply/demand strategies across all regions.\nDeveloping business process solutions with a focus on logistics, using warehouse management systems (WMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP)\nUtilizing ERP systems, WMS, and Transportation Management Systems including TMS to support manufacturing operations, specifically to manage inventory, forecast supply, and plan material purchasing and product transfer.\nUse SAP to transact on purchase orders and to query data and reports.\nPerforming validation and user acceptance testing for business process solutions for manufacturing and supply chain operations\nLeading collaborations between IT and business stakeholders to implement test plans for developed Supply Chain tools\nCreating business requirement documents and capturing enhancement requests to establish structured processes to guide development and process improvements.\nLeading business process re-engineering initiatives, including creating project plans, defining scope and milestones, managing project budgets, and ensuring timely project
