Your responsibilities will span across strategic planning, vendor operations, incident management, and regulatory compliance:\nSafety Data & Guardrail Operations: Manage the operational lifecycle of AI safety assets.\nBuild and facilitate cross-functional emergency response committees to rapidly address social or regulatory escalations, ensuring swift risk mitigation and issue resolution.\nRegulatory Agility & Compliance: Drive regulatory readiness initiatives. Support complex AI algorithm registration processes, manage post-launch regulatory engagement, and spearhead the development of comprehensive content safety handbooks.\nStakeholder Alignment: Facilitate excellent communication and provide multiple levels of status updates, bridging the gap between individual technical contributors, external partner teams, and Apple executive management.\nMinimum Qualifications\nEducation: Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science, Operations, or related disciplines.\nExperience: Proven track record in Engineering Project Management, Technical Program Management, or Operations Management within a fast-paced technology environment. Ability to execute tactical project-level activities while driving overarching strategic goals.\nCognitive Agility: Exceptional learning agility, analytical skills, and logical thinking. Ability to rapidly grasp complex technical architectures and evolving regulatory landscapes.\nCommunication: Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken) is mandatory.
