You will bring structure to a complex portfolio, surface risks early, and give executives a clear view of progress and the decisions needed. You will work across Finance Transformation, partnering with program leads, engineering, and business teams to keep work aligned to priorities. The role calls for a proactive self-starter who communicates clearly and thrives in ambiguity.\nMinimum Qualifications\n5+ years of program or project management experience, including experience in a software planning and prioritization cycle.\nHands-on experience with project and portfolio management systems, such as Wrike and Clarity.\nComfortable working in Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, lookups) for analysis and reporting.\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.\nPreferred Qualifications\nFamiliarity with multiple project management methodologies, such as Agile.\nDemonstrated experience building executive-level presentations and status reporting.\nStrong written and verbal communicator who can influence without formal authority and engage stakeholders at all levels.\nSelf-starter who takes initiative and works independently in ambiguous environments.\nProven ability to identify, quantify, and manage program risk.\nSkilled at creating executive-level presentations.\nStrong data analysis skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel and data visualization, and comfort working across systems such as Wrike and Clarity.\nWorking knowledge of the software planning and prioritization cycle.\nWorking knowledge of project management methodologies, such as Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches, and the judgment to apply the right one to the work.\nExperience managing multiple programs at once.\nPMP or equivalent program management certification is a
