experience.\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field\n10+ years of professional experience in embedded firmware development, with a significant focus on DSP implementation, including: Deep understanding of Floating-point & fixed-point calculations\nExperience with common DSP functionalities (e.g. FFT, Filters, etc.) together with compiler trade-offs to provide desired results\nDeep understanding of DSP operation-level semantics\nExperience in developing and implementing real-time DSP algorithms in close collaboration with algorithm teams\nStrong programming skills in C/C++ for embedded systems, along with proficiency in Python\nExtensive experience with embedded hardware and systems\nStrong familiarity with microcontrollers and embedded processors\nHands-on experience with real-time operating systems (RTOS)\nProven skills in low-power design and optimization techniques\nPreferred Qualifications\nExcellent problem-solving and debugging skills\nExperience with agile development methodologies\nExcellent communication and teamwork skills\nA passion for building innovative
