groups.\nDescription\nYou’ll be responsible for leading and executing reliability tests on new Apple and supplier technologies, development of new test procedures to quantify the reliability of a design, and drive continuous product improvements.\nMinimum Qualifications\nHands-on experience with reliability testing, including mechanical stress and environmental testing\nFamiliarity with industry test standards such as JEDEC, ASTM, and IEEE\nExperience applying Design of Experiments (DOE) methodologies\nExperience conducting Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA)\nProven ability to manage multiple projects in parallel\nStrong troubleshooting capability and the ability to execute testing independently\nExcellent attention to detail and strong analytical problem-solving skills\nExperience applying structured failure analysis methodologies to identify root causes\nSolid understanding of mechanical assemblies and system-level interactions\nDemonstrated ability to quickly learn new technologies, tools, and test methods\nStrong written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese\nPreferred Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree or higher in Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field\n3+ years of experience in the consumer electronics industry\nFresh graduates with strong machine learning exposure in those majors are welcome\nExperience with statistical analysis tools and models such as Weibull analysis, JMP, or accelerated life testing\nHands-on experience with dynamic characterization techniques\nFamiliarity with failure analysis tools including optical microscopy, X-ray/CT, SEM/EDS, and FTIR\nExperience with programming or scripting (e.g., Python, MATLAB) for test automation, large-scale data processing, or statistical analysis is a
