In this role, you will be a key member of the RM modeling system engineering team working on modem systems features and requirements.\nDescription\n- Model, design, and simulate state-of-the-art RF for 4G/5G/6G modem wireless communication systems.\n- Implement system models and perform detailed performance investigations to allow performance sign-off.\n- Collaborate with RF systems and analog circuit designers to capture designs and develop models.\n- Develop AI/ML modem solutions and mitigation techniques.\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelors Degree in EE or equivalent.\nUnderstanding of signal processing and communication systems\nStrong analytical skills (linear algebra, random processes, detection and estimation, etc.)\nExperience with Matlab, C/C++, Python for algorithm development.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with AI/ML applications in wireless communication is strongly desirable.\nStrong background in AI/ML and familiarity with the tools such as PyTorch and TensorFlow.\nFamiliarity with RF impairments (phase noise, DC offset, IQ imbalance, inter-modulation, etc), their impact on modem performance, and RF mitigation techniques.\nKnowledge of RF/analog components (LNA, filters, mixers, ADC/DAC), digital front-end processing, automatic gain control.\nKnowledge of cellular communication standards: 5GNR, 4G LTE.\nKnowledge of RF systems and design flows with hands-on experience in lab testing &
