Bring passion and dedication to your job and there's no telling what you could accomplish.\nDescription\nWe expect you contribute to a multi-faceted software suite based on C/C++.\nYou will be joining the design and validation of RF calibration/testing algorithms.\nYou will be working on leading wireless standards.\nYou will be responsible for the design, validation and optimization of RF system level performance.\nYou will analyze results in conjunction with multi-functional teams to identify and root cause RF issues.\nMinimum Qualifications\nBSEE required.\nExcellent fundamentals or proven experience in C/C++, Python or a similar language.\nGood knowledge of RF fundamentals and communications theory.\nGood understanding and experience with RF metrics and impairment.\nBasic knowledge of RF/Wireless lab equipment.\nVerbal and written English skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nDeep domain expertise in wireless protocols (e.g., Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, NFC, UWB) with proven experience architecting advanced test systems and leveraging statistical data tools to drive technical strategy.\nDemonstrated track record of leading, mentoring, and growing high-performing engineering teams while fostering accountability and technical excellence.\nProven ability to partner collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams-including -
