(SDLC) and project methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).\nProven ability to own product roadmaps, align stakeholders, and apply prioritization frameworks.\nTrack record of translating business requirements into technical workflows to successfully ship features.\nHighly organized systems thinker capable of delivering pragmatic solutions in complex, high-pressure environments.\nProficiency with project management tools and iWork.\nBA/BS degree.\nPreferred Qualifications\n10+ years of experience in project management, crisis communication technology, or security systems, including 8+ years deploying business process solutions.\nExperience administering or deploying geospatial risk and emergency communication platforms (e.g., Everbridge, Visual Command Center).\nExperience integrating AI-enabled workflows, MCPs, and data stores to enhance business operations.\nExceptional communication and diplomacy skills, with a proven ability to present complex information to
