Partner with Engineering, QA, Product, and Release Management teams throughout the stability lifecycle from detection through resolution. Oversee AI systems for intelligent monitoring, predictive regression detection, and automated pattern recognition while providing strategic human insight. Present stability trends, risks, and recommendations to executive leadership. Own end-to-end accountability for critical stability investigations involving multiple teams.
