It's the diversity of our people and their thinking that inspires the innovation that runs through everything we do.\nDescription\nApple's Product & Design is seeking a Senior Design Engineer to join a team of motion designers, technical artists, and engineers building custom experiences and interactions natively across Apple's ecosystem: iPhone, iPad, Mac, Watch, and Vision Pro. You'll partner closely with Design teams across the Services organization, like Apple Weather, Apple Pay, and Apple Sports, to create work with the fluidity and polish people expect from Apple.\nYou'll spend most of your time bringing compelling interactions and interfaces to life, while also helping shape what comes next by exploring new ideas. The ideal candidate has the design sense to imagine interactions at that level of polish and the engineering skills to build them.\nBuild everything from individual interface elements to complete prototypes that demonstrate new concepts and showcase features of current and future products. Build multiple iterations as requirements evolve quickly. Craft navigation models, gesture handling, and physics-based animation that feel native to each platform. Provide code and integration support to engineering teams for product features that require complex interactions and motion.
