You take responsibility; you feel a personal stake in the products you ship; you communicate responsibilities and scope clearly; you value integrity; you know how things work; you work for the success of the entire team; you thrive in uncertainty and strive to bring order to it; you have deep wisdom & judgement; you keep your eye on the ball; you build strong relationships; you are constantly looking to improve yourself and your team; you’re prescient; and you have shipped products which millions of customers have used.\nDescription\nDrive the end-to-end delivery of large-scale, cross-functional Machine Learning (ML) and Generative AI (GenAI) programs and features within Apple Media Products (AMP).\nLead the strategic planning, execution, and delivery of multiple concurrent ML/GenAI features, encompassing scope definition, requirements gathering, timeline management, and resource allocation.\nCultivate strong collaborative relationships with cross-functional partners (Design, Engineering, Data Science, QA, Legal, Finance, Privacy, Anti-Fraud, Business Operations) to define product roadmaps and manage the feature intake pipeline.\nSpearhead initiatives to optimize feature development and execution processes within the Apple Media Products organization, driving continuous improvement.\nContribute to the overall ML/GenAI strategy for AMP, effectively communicating program status, risks, and mitigation plans to stakeholders at all levels.\nMinimum Qualifications\n5+ years of program management experience, including experience taking features through the complete software development and ML life cycle with multiple stakeholders.\nDemonstrated experience managing end-to-end Machine Learning projects. This includes understanding the full ML lifecycle from data acquisition, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and iterative improvement.\nBA/BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or similar field or relevant industry experience.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience to execute cross-functional and cross-organization project management - ability to work across diverse teams, navigate organizational landscape, build relationships and drive project delivery.\nAbility to understand and extract action plans from complex technical discussions & translate into succinct messaging for multi-functional and executive status reporting.\nBuilt global products by collaborating across Product, Engineering, Data Sciences, Analytics, Design and other key partners.\nConsistent track record of shipping complex customer-facing and backend engineering projects under demanding timelines.\nStrong facilitation skills (requirements sessions, design meetings, progress and status meetings).\nBest-in-class communication and presentation skills (written & verbal) to all levels of an organization.\nBe able to work with ambiguity, organize & create
