discipline.\nExperienced in using chemistry analysis tools such as FTIR, GC-MS, ToF-SIMS, etc.\nFluent in English with strong communication skills, including the ability to seek direction, listen to feedback, and convey complex findings concisely and understandably.\nPreferred Qualifications\n5+ years of industry experience with specialized expertise in material characterization and hardware failure analysis.\nProven experience managing a lab environment and mentoring a team of high-performing engineers or scientists.\nAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapt seamlessly to shifting business priorities, and rapidly master new analytical techniques.\nHighly organized with a proven ability to balance and manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.\nExceptional collaborative skills, with a proven ability to partner seamlessly across global, cross-functional engineering teams.\nWillingness to leverage AI-assisted analytics tools to identify defect issues and accelerate root cause
