This position requires an individual to be able to manage a team, guide senior engineers, and work cross-functionally to coordinate testing efforts and complex project delivery for applications within a complex mobile, desktop, and cloud client/server ecosystem.\nMinimum Qualifications\n10+ years of experience in software quality engineering, with at least 4 years in a dedicated people management and leadership role.\nProven track record of managing teams of junior to senior quality engineers across multiple product lines, focused on test automation and quality assurance.\nMinimum 5 years of experience working with geographically located teams across different time zones.\nStrong in analytical problem solving and looking beyond whats obvious. Proven bug detection and regression skills.\nBachelors and/or Masters degree in Computer Science or equivalent.\nPreferred Qualifications\nProven track record of building AI-driven tools that deliver measurable efficiency gains across functional and automated testing.\nHands-on experience with AI-augmented or autonomous testing tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor, or Functionize).\nExperience leading SDETs and Senior Quality Engineers, providing hands-on guidance and recommendations on complex technical aspects and framework architecture.\nMust have implemented and applied Continuous Integration (CI) successfully, with experience operating software build and deploy tools like Jenkins, Maven, and Git.\nExperience in Java, and scripting languages (Python, Perl, PHP, or similar).\nImplemented testing in complex Unix/Linux environments, relational databases, and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra).
