This role requires someone who can set qualification strategy and carry out both functional and non-functional testing across a complex mobile, desktop, and cloud client/server ecosystem. The ideal candidate is self-motivated and detail-oriented, with a strong technical background and a proven track record. You'll need to own outcomes end-to-end and work cross-functionally to coordinate testing across complex client and server feature sets.\nMinimum Qualifications\n6 years of related hands-on experience in software QA/QE\n4 years driving quality focused on automation, building tools, and utilities\n2 years of hands-on programming experience in Java/Python. Must be fluent in coding in one of these two programming languages.\nA bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant work experience\nPreferred Qualifications\n2 years of QA/QE experience in Workday is highly desired.\nOn Workday, test inbound/outbound Workday integrations across HR, Payroll, and Benefits modules.\nDevelop utilities/scripts for Workday to automate test data creation and integration validation (e.g., bulk EIB load generation, file comparison, log parsing).\nSolid experience working with remote teams across time zones (on-site & Offshore teams).\nFluent in using AI tools (like Claude/Gemini, etc.) to bring exponential efficiency gains on day-to-day activities.\nExperience testing on macOS, iOS (mobile apps). Cloud-based technologies are a plus.\n1 year of software development experience is highly desirable.\nSupport defect triage - log and track issues, work with Dev/Integration teams to reproduce and resolve failures.\nApply general QE fundamentals: test case design, risk-based prioritization, defect lifecycle management, and basic automation scripting (Python/Java).
