As part of Apple's IS&T Services Technology Program, you and your team are responsible for delivering the internal orchestration layer that powers Apple's Services businesses. It includes the App Store, Apple Music, Apple TV, Apple News, Apple Arcade and more. We build durable, cross Services capabilities across data and AI/ML, asset management, talent and IP, and content engineering - enabling the organizations that run Apple's fastest growing revenue segment to operate with greater speed, leverage, and governance. As a Services Technology Strategic Programs Coordinator, you will be the operational backbone of a globally distributed program that spans multiple value streams, client organizations, and delivery teams. You will report to the Head of Strategy & Operations and partner closely with program leaders, product owners, vendor account representatives, and cross-functional partners across finance, procurement, HR, and facilities.\nWith your attention to detail, strong collaboration skills, and bias toward action, you will improve the effectiveness of our programatic operations resulting in a team that moves faster, communicates clearer and delivers more value to our clients across Services. Employee Experience and Productivity (EEP) is part of IS&T and delivers some of the most widely used communication and productivity technology and services across Apple - from tools that enable collaboration to the support teams that keep Apple's workforce running. EEP also leads user experience design and research, and manages the systems behind Apple's original content studios.\nDescription\nIn this position, you will thrive at the intersection of program operations, executive coordination, and team culture keeping complex processes running smoothly while bringing energy, creativity, and initiative to how our program connects, communicates, and celebrates progress. you'll help make Services Technology a place where people feel valued and energized.\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelors Degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.\n10+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, executive coordination, or program leadership supporting technology or transformation programs at scale.\n4+ years experience with KPI’s or OKR's and developing dashboards.\n3+ years of experience managing people, including leading teams across multiple operational disciplines.\nAn AI-first approach to streamlining operations and coordination.\nPreferred Qualifications\nA genuine curiosity and drive to improve operational coordination and establish a program rhythm for consistent execution.\nPassion for continuous improvement with the curiosity to uncover gaps, resilience to.\nManage ambiguity, and drive to optimize processes and create solutions.\nExperience with procurement and vendor management processes (e.g., PR/POs, Invoicing, SoW coordination) Experience supporting executive-level meetings, communications, or program governance activities.\nExperience preparing briefing materials, executive-ready communications, and status reporting for senior leadership.\nProficiency with Apple Keynote, Quip, Slack, Apple Mail, and other office systems and tools.\nStrong collaboration skills with the ability to build relationships cross-functionally across engineering, product, finance, and client organizations.\nAbility to influence others, handle conflict appropriately, know when to delegate issues upward, and when to apply common sense.\nResourceful problem-solver with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently in a multifaceted environment.\nAbility to remain calm and effective under
