Together, you and your team will enable our customers to do all the things they love with their devices.\nWe are seeking an engineer to develop ATE test programs for debug, characterization, qualification and production of SoC devices specializing in the testing but not limited to logic, memory, and custom IP.\nDescription\nYou will collaborate with cross functional team to prepare test plan and develop test program for Apple silicon. Debug, qualify and ramp pre and post silicon.\nDevelop and document test plan for new devices.\nDesign and debug test SW & HW.\nDebug new silicon.\nBring quality and efficient test solutions for mass production.\nCoordinate test related activities with both internal and external group.\nEvaluate new product’s testability and operability.\nMinimum Qualifications\n5+ years meaningful experience in ATE test.\nStrong Programming skills for writing and debugging test programs and test related hardware development (i.e. Teradyne UFlex/J750/ip750, Advantest 93k platforms.)\nExpertise in Semiconductor Test Methodology.\nTravel is required.\nPreferred Qualifications\nProficiency in programming with Scripting languages (i.e., PERL) and high level languages (i.e., C/C++ or Visual Basic.)\nExperience working on digital VLSI SoC.\nDeep understanding of Electronic Engineering Fundamentals, Design for Test and Manufacturing Concepts.\nIn depth knowledge of Semiconductor Manufacturing Process.\nUnderstanding of semiconductor product life cycle.\nAble to work with test equipment.
