This includes designing and building the infrastructure and frameworks used to validate our features, profiling system-level performance when our features are in use, using AI to develop tools and processes for ensuring quality, and analyzing algorithm performance and telemetry to contextualize the customer experience of our products. You will also partner with cross-functional teams to drive the most effective strategies for developing and validating features from an end-user perspective.\nMinimum Qualifications\nBS or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Biomechanics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent\n5+ years of experience in software quality, systems, or infrastructure engineering, ideally on consumer hardware or sensor-driven products\nProficient in Python, Swift, Objective-C, or C++\nUnderstanding of system-level performance characterization, such as memory and power\nExperience designing and building test infrastructure, frameworks, or automation systems at scale\nPreferred Qualifications\nProven track record of influencing engineering direction across teams\nExperience using Generative AI to speed up test development and analysis\nExperience validating hardware/software integration, ideally with sensors\nIn-depth knowledge of build/release systems and processes\nAble to quickly learn new and existing technologies\nStrong attention to detail and analytical capabilities\nExcellent written and verbal communication
