You will collaborate with various internal partners to define and implement solutions that optimize Apple’s internal business processes.\nDescription\nAs an Engineering Manager, you’ll lead a team of skilled engineers and make decisions impacting multi-functional partners. You’ll contribute to code reviews and risk assessments, and represent the team and technology in meetings with IS&T and business units. You’ll clarify requirements and set objectives for multi-functional software projects. You’ll also plan a multi-year roadmap, oversee software development, and develop and grow engineers within the team.\nMinimum Qualifications\n12+ years of experience building and scaling enterprise-grade systems\nExperience in programming languages such as PythonJava\nExperience with relational databases like Oracle, PostgreSQL etc…\nBachelor of science or equivalent experience in Computer Science.\nPreferred Qualifications\n3+ years of experience in building, developing, and leading engineering teams.\nHands-on experience in designing and architecting large projects including performance, scalability, robustness, and resiliency\nExperience in project management, ensuring timely delivery and extensive experience in Agile development methodologies.\nDevelopment experience with container orchestration systems such as Docker and Kubernetes\nExperience with NoSQL databases like Couchbase, Redis, MongoDB, etc.\nExperience / Exposure building products using AI/ML technologies.\nA solid grasp of LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG is a plus\nExperience in developing & managing applications for the supply chain business domain is a plus.\nEffectively manage and collaborate with contractors.
