In this role you'll work at the point where our Sourcing teams, Development teams and global suppliers meet, and you'll be a key player in delivering new and reimagined stores across Europe, the Middle East and India (EMEIA) on time and on budget.\nDescription\nAs a Sourcing Program Manager, you will own the cost and schedule for Apple-supplied items (Owner Furnished Items) on a portfolio of retail construction projects across the EMEIA region. You'll be the main link between the Design, Development and Sourcing teams and our supplier and logistics partners. You'll spot risks early, measure what design or schedule changes mean for cost and timing, and keep senior leaders clearly informed so that every project opens as planned.\nMinimum Qualifications\n8+ years of experience in construction project management, construction design management or supply chain management.\nExperience reading and interpreting construction drawings, specifications and project programmes to identify scope and schedule risks.\nExperience building and managing budgets and cost models for multiple concurrent projects.\nExperience managing schedules, forecasting timescales and aligning multiple partners to achieve milestones.\nExperience working with international teams and suppliers across multiple countries.\nFluency in written and spoken English.\nPreferred Qualifications\nKnowledge of retail fit-out, joinery, glazing, metalwork, AV and ceiling systems.\nUnderstanding of import regulations, customs and product certification requirements across EMEIA markets, such as CE marking in Europe and BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards) certification in India.\nExperience managing the schedules of procured or manufactured items through design, fabrication, logistics and installation.\nBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.\nStrong foresight to anticipate issues and act before they affect the project.\nAbility to move easily between big-picture strategy and fine detail.\nProven ability to influence and build trust with cross-functional teams and external partners without direct authority.\nClear, confident communicator with senior leaders, who is comfortable in fast-changing, multinational environments and works independently.","description_format":"text","description_chars":3124,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":8,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":{"level":"bachelor","optional":false},"security_clearance":false,"languages":[{"language":"English","level":"All levels","optional":false}]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":["Operating Systems","Laptops","Smartwatches & Fitness Trackers","Tablets"],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-11-05T12:02:26Z"}],"visa":[{"country":"GB","licensed_sponsor":true,"adverts_offering_sponsorship_24m":0,"sanctioned_now":false,"evidence":"Licensed UK visa sponsor (Skilled Worker, Graduate Trainee, Senior or Specialist Worker)","filings_12m":null,"filings_prev_12m":null,"green_card_filings_12m":null,"median_offered_wage_usd":null,"route":"Skilled Worker;
