Are you in for the challenges?\nLocation: Due to the factory locations in India, for this role is to expect to be based in Bangalore, with the necessary travel required to support builds happening in various locations and factories.\nDescription\nWe are looking for a Hardware Electrical Engineer that can help close the gap between design and manufacturing by working closely with the various factory teams to lead the integration of sensing module technology into products. This is done in partnership with multiple discipline teams including, but not limited to factory, architecture, test, FW, system EE, silicon, noise and vibration, safety, thermal, reliability, operations, regulatory teams, SW, QA and more.\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering and 5+ years of industry experience\nSolid fundamentals in both analog and digital circuits and comfortable with tackling new challenges with critical thinking and problem solving skills\nDesign experience in power electronics, board design, signal integrity, DSP, and microcontrollers\nFundamental knowledge of LRA, VCM, and audio/speaker technologies\nFamiliar with various communication protocols (USB, SPI, I2S, I2C and UART) and low power systems.\nHands-on experience in prototype bring-up, debugging, and functional verification\nFamiliar with lab equipments such as signal generators, oscilloscopes, logic analyzers and spectrum analyzers\nExperience with high volume product design and manufacturing as well as statistical production tolerance analysis\nComfort with a fast-paced environment and appetite for innovation, rigor & healthy paranoia\nStrong communication (written & verbal) in both English and Hindi\nTeam player with the ability to work independently and drive things with minimal supervision\nFrequent travel within India will be required, depending on project requirements and build schedules\nPreferred Qualifications\nMS or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering and 3+ years of industry experience\nKnowledge and experience in mechatronics and electromagnetism preferred.
