As a Technical Program Manager, you will partner with key customers to ensure program objectives are aligned with AIS strategy and implement mechanisms to measure the success of program outcomes.\nMinimum Qualifications\n5+ years of shown experience in leading large-scale technology programs (e.g. software development, infrastructure or cloud technologies)\nExpertise with running the entire lifecycle of a program, from planning to execution and driving continuous improvements\nExperience leading programs in a matrix environment including working with engineering managers, software developers, and other multi-functional teams\nExperience driving the successful delivery of sophisticated, multi-functional initiatives including ability to negotiate and assemble plans, secure commitments on work, close co-ordination of dependencies and resolve blocking issues\nProven experience with Jira, Wrike, or equivalent tools to directly handle and coordinate a large number of complex efforts efficiently\nStrong problem solving skills;
